Processing timeframes are separate from shipping timeframes. Timeframes are estimates and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.

Shipping, timeframes and pricing

the lotus bloom co. garments are available for shipping via USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days) and USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days). The shipping timeframe is in addition to the processing time to construct your garment.

Fabric samples (swatches) are shipped standard via USPS First Class Mail, which takes 1-3 business days. Priority or Express Mail are available as expedited options at checkout.

Does the lotus bloom co. ship outside of the United States?

Orders processed through the lotus bloom co.’s website are available for domestic shipping only within the United States. If you are interested in having a garment shipped internationally, email Keisha at hello @ thelotusbloom.co and your order will be processed via invoice.

Returns and Exchanges

the lotus bloom co. garments are made-to-order and ineligible for refunds. In the event that an error has been made on our part, an exchange may be considered.
